We made it! We borrowed my grandpa's truck and rented a trailer and brought Cheeks down here all by ourselves. It was a long trip and we left late so we got here when it was dark. We found him a stall and got all settled.This morning was an early one. We had a little meeting at 8 and got our cool polo's and saddle pads, along with a backpack and a boot polishing kit. I watched most of the 3' group then it was my turn.
Cheeks was a ornery in the beginning but eventually settled down. We worked over poles, trot jumps, "clockwork", and 3'6" jumps. It was a total blast and I can't wait for tomorrow!
